CUSTOMER & IMPORT MANAGER
Operating in the business of transporting goods since 1994, our client acts as a one-stop-shop for the export and import for air and sea cargo. The company is seeking to recruit a dynamic Customer & Import Manager who will be responsible for the Customer Care and Sea Import Teams.
- Deliver great customer experience.
- Manage customer complaints and find corrective solutions in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Operations follow-up regarding sea import operations.
- Propose and implement solutions adapted to customer needs.
- Provide weekly reports on the progress of operations.
- Supervise and ensure the development of the Customer Care and Sea Import teams to achieve set objectives
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years' experience in operations and team management .
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- Demonstrate effective active listening skills.
- Ability to lead a team in order to achieve results.
- Adapt and respond positively to change.
- Ability to handle pressure and setbacks.
