Operating in the business of transporting goods since 1994, our client acts as a one-stop-shop for the export and import for air and sea cargo. The company is seeking to recruit a dynamic Customer & Import Manager who will be responsible for the Customer Care and Sea Import Teams.

  • Deliver great customer experience.
  • Manage customer complaints and find corrective solutions in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • Operations follow-up regarding sea import operations.
  • Propose and implement solutions adapted to customer needs.
  • Provide weekly reports on the progress of operations.
  • Supervise and ensure the development of the Customer Care and Sea Import teams to achieve set objectives

  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in operations and team management .
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrate effective active listening skills.
  • Ability to lead a team in order to achieve results.
  • Adapt and respond positively to change.
  • Ability to handle pressure and setbacks.
